Mecobalamin + Alpha Lipoic Acid + Thiamine + Pyridoxine + Folic Acid is a combination of five
medicines: Mecobalamin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Thiamine mononitrate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride,
and Folic Acid. Mecobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that restores its level in the body thereby
